93 9C1 Caprice

I had always wanted an Impala SS but could not afford one. This is my 1993 Caprice 9C1 ex-Kannapolis Police car. The Ghost flames are the highlight of the car. I added the Impala SS grill, clear cornering lights, clear taillights, lowered 1.2" all the way around, 18 Cragar SS wheels with Pirelli Scorpion Zero tires, Caprice SS badges, smoothed rear and rear spoiler.

I didn't see the ghost flames right away, but at a second glimpse they caught my eye! True ghost flames! Looking good, keep it up! When you want to throw some air bag suspension on the 9C1, hit me up!

Sounds like you've got that 9c1 pretty close to being transformed into a true Impala SS. I'm sure the Mooresville PD will be jealous to see one of their old cruisers fly by with some killer mods like the ones you have done! Those ex police cars can be some good finds, especially the 9C1's with the LT1 engines in them! I can't imagine why the police departments throughout NC gave up on those cars. Well, I guess that means there will more available for guys like you to grab and modify.
