Our Delivery Policy:

Orders from our company will be processed immediately and will be shipped by US Mail, UPS, or FedEx. Available tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as they are available. Please note that back-ordered, or out-of-stock orders may take additional time to process.

Our Return Policy:

How do I return an item?
If you receive an item from us that is damaged, please contact us and we will get a replacement sent to you immediately.

All parts returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

You can return any new or unused item within 15 days of the date your item was shipped and we will refund the full purchase price minus the 15% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns on custom ordered items. If your product has been used, the return will not be accepted. You must contact us before you return an unused product for authorization. Once you've contacted us and have the return authorization, please write the Return Authorization number on at least 3 sides of the box(s) you are returning the items in. Writing the Return Authorization number on the box(s) will help us process your return in a timely manner. Next, place the item(s) in the box or boxes to be returned.

If you are shipping your return to us, we strongly suggest that you use traceable United Parcel Ground Service (UPS) from your nearest staffed UPS facility. All returns must be sent prepaid-no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss.Unless noted over the phone, you must return your parts to our Physical address listed below:
