Speaker Grille InstallThese instructions feature the speaker grille install of 6.5" Flame speaker grilles but these instructions apply to ALL styles of billet grilles we offer and in both 6.5" and 6x9" sizesInstallation instructions for billet speaker grilles purchased from Custom-Car-Store.yourcustomcar.com  Grille that came with your speaker (effective, but very bland)  Step 1: Remove grille  Step 2: Unscrew your speaker and carefully disconnect the wire leads going to it (be sure to remember which wires goes where for re-installation).  Step 3: Remove the two (2) set screws from your billet speaker grille and set aside. The mounting bracket can now be separated from the grille.  Step 4: Route your speaker power wires through the billet speaker grille bracket and re-attach to speaker.  Step 5: position speaker on top of mounting bracket and tighten speaker mounting screws  Step 6: Position billet speaker grille over speaker and bracket assembly. Line up mounting holes in the billet speaker grille to match the threaded holes in the bracket. Install both set-screws (2) and tighten by hand only.
