Frame Notch Kits

 Frame notch, step, notch, c notch, whatever you want to call it...You need one for your lowered truck!  If you have lowered your truck and don't have a notch kit installed than you are probably "bottoming out" with a huge BANG because your rear axle is slamming against your rear frame rails.  When you lower your truck suspension, the axle travels upwards closer to the frame rails.  With a notch kit, you install the notches on the frame rail directly above your axle.  Then you cut the frame rail which will give you the clearance you need for your axle to be able to travel upwards.  This eliminates bottoming out on your frame rail because the axle can now travel all the way to the bottom of the notch.  Check out the styles we offer below to choose the perfect notch for your truck!
